Special Release & Realign

We are celebrating our move to this awesome new location, a move that happens October 1. But on Halloween morning all three of us good witches---Jeanne Munoz, Kim Wagaman, Bella Dreizler---will teach a special two hour version of this beloved offering. All the stuff you love: rolling and releasing and realigning. Bring your own rollers and balls and mat. There will be extra props to trial and/or purchase if you need. Just come and breathe and totally enjoy this dynamic and satisfying couple of hours. $20 drop in.
