MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS TO THE WORKSHOP:
Participants will need to bring/have available electronically (either on a USB or on their laptop) copies of the following for the event to get certified:
Laptop (iPad and Cellphones are usually too small for the process).
Internal Revenue letter issuing Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Federal (not state) tax returns for the last three years (or for the period your business has been operational if less than three)
If your company is a sole proprietorship, bring personal Federal tax returns for the last three years.
California Employment Development Department Forms DE-9C records for the four most recent quarters.
Licenses (if applicable), such as Business License, CSLB License, Resellers Permit, etc.
