Enlightenment isn’t a destination. After the insights, after the cleansing, we are thrust back into everyday life. Understanding that life is a continuum of beginnings and endings can help us savor our mystical experiences and still get on with daily life with joy and gratitude.

How these colors were chosen: Blue is the color of spirituality, intuition, inspiration and inner peace. In healing blue is used for cooling and calming, both physically and mentally. In the aura blue indicates serenity, contentment and spiritual development.

Brown, the color of earth, is grounding and associated with resilience, dependability, and security.
