Many leading New Thought teachers have placed a key emphasis on goal setting. We will explore several ways that we can make certain that our goals align with Spirit when we are building on the individual, spiritual community, and even New Thought and Inter-Faith movement levels.

How these colors were chosen:

Blue promotes calm, focus, and relaxation, making it suitable for tasks requiring mental clarity and concentration. It can also be used to schedule self-care and breaks, essential for maintaining focus on goals. 

Yellow is associated with optimism, creativity, and mental clarity, yellow can help elevate mood and inspire action when working towards goals.
