Picnic n' Play Board Games and Puzzles
Our first event, come check it out! Picnic of food, yard/board games, and puzzles. Roll the dice and let’s make memories one move at a time!

About this Event


Requirements to attend
  • RSVP before event: 4yrs and younger are free. There are NO ticket sales during the day of the event. No ticket, no entry and puts your group at risk of DISSMISSAL WITHOUT REFUND.
  • Bring and share a yard/board game and/or puzzle from your group
    - none or not sharing = game prize disqulification, but you can still play
  • Bring a ground cover to prevent board games and puzzles from damage
    - picnic blanket, picnic/beach mat, tarp, etc
    - none = unable to play board games and puzzles
    - allowed to play yard games and join others' group to play board games and puzzles (if they allow)
    - does not disqualify you from winning game prizes, but keep in mind most game prizes are won from playing board games and puzzles)

    Come early to be ahead of the game

    Request a fun competition w/others for fun or to trade/win a prize, but always respect a “no.”

    Compete as a group to increase your chance of winning!

  • Eat, Play & Enjoy. Bring your best vibe and game face! Eat well, play hard, and most of all, have fun.



What to Bring:
  • Ground Covering is a Must
    Blankets, tarps, or picnic mats are required to prevent damage to the games and for your comfortability.
  • Plenty of Water
    Bring more than one water bottle for yourself and enough for your group to stay hydrated all day.
  • Small Personal Speaker
    Love music? Bring a small, personal speaker to enjoy tunes at your spot—please keep volume respectful.
  • Sun Protection
    Shade is available under trees, but you may bring a canopy. Note: stakes are not allowed—use weighted anchors instead like sand bags.Wear sunscreen and bring a hat if you'd like.

  • There are NO ticket sales during the day of the event. If a member of your group is missing a ticket, you will be dissmissed and put your group at risk to be DISMISSED WITHOUT REFUND. Please ensure you’ve RSVP'd before the event.


  • Board games and puzzles can be SHARED amongst the community and RETURNED to it’s rightful owner upon leaving the event.


  • RSVP, but no board game or puzzle and/or not sharing? No worries, enjoy the fun and the food! Though, you are automatically disqualified from earning game prizes, and puts your group at risk, but you can still play for fun.
  • RSVP, but no ground cover? Enjoy the food! Join others to play games (if they allow), yard games are okay, just keep in mind most game prizes are won through puzzles and board games.


  • Any misuse of the park, board game, puzzles and causing harm to others will lead you and your group to DISSMISAL of the event WITHOUT REFUND.



❗Rules and Regulation - You and your group acknowledge and agree to the following, by attending to this event. ❗

🎲 Board Games & Puzzle Area

  • All board games and puzzles will be shared amongst the community and be returned to it’s rightful owner upon leaving.
  • No food or drinks near the board games or puzzles, they must be returned.
  • Do not place games directly on the grass, field and dirt without a ground cover, except yard games.
  • Treat all game items with care to avoid damage or loss.
  • Groups without a board game and/or puzzle are automatically disqualified from earning game prizes
  • Owners are responsible for their yard/board games and puzzles. Any broken, lost, or damaged games will not be replaced.

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
  • By attending, you consent to the use of your image in event-related media.


🌳 Park Cleanliness & Respect

  • Do not bring steak items on the ground. Ex: a canopy is fine, but do not steak it on the ground.
  • Please keep the park clean. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
  • Do not leave personal items, wrappers, or debris on the grass or tables.

🧒 Children & Supervision

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Hosts are not responsible for the actions, safety, or whereabouts of any child.

🚫 Liability

  • The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken personal items — this includes board games and puzzles brought from home or shared at the event.

⚠️ Behavior Policy

  • Disrespectful behavior or misuse of the park, games, puzzles, or interactions with others will result in immediate dismissal without refund for you and possibly your entire group.

🎟️ Ticket Policy

  • No tickets will be sold on the day of the event.
  • If a member of your group is missing a ticket, you will be dissmissed and put your group at risk to be DISMISSED WITHOUT REFUND. Please ensure you’ve RSVP'd before the event.

Puzzle Hunt

Info: The only rule: Puzzles may feature a letter or number. Everyone has a chance to win a prize, but can only win once. For every win, the word and the designated character for each puzzle changes. Incorrect guesses on blank spaces will result in disqualification until the next word regenerates. Pictures can be reused.


INDIVIDUAL: You must show a photo of yourself with the completed puzzle to the host.


GROUP: All group members must be present. One designated lead will present a group photo with the completed puzzle.

Mini board/yard game tournament

Info: Individual only. Board games are selected at random to compete against each other. The winner wins.
