Pelvic Floor Workshop with Dr. Loretta Barry, PT, DPT

For any woman who experiences leaking, pain, or heaviness when trying to go about your normal, daily life (it’s not normal to pee when you sneeze), or anyone curious to become more connected to their pelvic floor: Join us for a special workshop with Dr. Loretta Barry, owner of Floora. Dr. Barry specializes in pelvic floor therapy and women's health.

She will be giving a lecture on topics such as breathing for pelvic floor health, managing pelvic floor pressure, and pelvic floor strengthening exercises.

There will be opportunities to move your body and practice techniques discussed in the lecture, and there are 4 spots available for mini-evaluations with Dr. Barry in our private treatment room.
