Intro to the Chkras

Come join us for a multi-sensory experience and transformative journey into the main 7 chakras of your energy body. Discover what chakras are and how they can assist you in your life and along your awakening process. We will build a beautiful chakra altar and learn the basic themes, elements & associations for each of the chakras. Delight your senses as we journey through each of the sense organs for each chakra. Participate in a group Reiki Energy healing and meditation. Make a chakra bracelet that will be blessed with Reiki Energy to continue your chakra workings after the class. Learn activities and exercises to explore and balance your chakras. Bring an item to place of the altar with you.
