Intro to Creative Wellness

Learn a process of making art to spark your inner creative spirit, while also supporting relaxation, mindfulness and joy.

This is a welcoming, no-pressure, supportive introductory class for adults who want to reconnect with their creative side through a playful, relaxing and inviting process. You will be invited to explore your intuitive and playful side through experimenting with watercolors, blending and simple techniques to create a beautiful piece of art.

What to expect:

• Listen to your intuition, let go of your worries or fears, and learn how to create art through the lens of playful exploration.
• Be supported in the exploration of using variety of art materials, supplies and techniques, through demonstration and hands on activities.
• Discover new ways to express yourself and reduce stress through wellness based art.
• Connect with other people who want to explore their creative side
• Increase your creative confidence.
• All materials will be provided for the workshop, so you won't need to go out and purchase anything before the event; just come, relax and enjoy!
