Healthy Kids Day 2025

Healthy Kids Day is where fun and play make lifelong memories! Join us on April 26th from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Sacramento Central YMCA for a FREE and action-packed day filled with exciting activities and community fun. Kids can jump into the bounce house, show off their skills with Jr. Kings basketball games and activities, get creative with arts and crafts, and so much more!
