All aboard for a spooky, scenic ride down the California coast — on Halloween!
Join me, Cindy, and my sister (Cray-Cray) for a fun, relaxed adventure on the Amtrak Coast Starlight, one of the prettiest train rides in America.
🚂 Departure:
📍 Leaves Sacramento Amtrak Station: ~6:45 AM on October 31st
📍 Arrives Los Angeles Union Station: ~9:11 PM the same day (14 hours & 23 minutes of cozy train time)
💀 Layover:
We’ll have about a 12-hour layover in LA — explore, rest, sightsee, or wander!
The return trip boards at 9:51 AM on November 1st (All Saints Day) and arrives back in Sacramento at 11:49 PM — about 13 hours & 58 minutes of chill coastal views.
