Morning Aquacise Classes
Make a splash while getting fit! Aquacise is a fun, low-impact workout held in the water that’s easy on the joints but challenging and fun set to great music. This full-body class combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises using the natural resistance of the water—plus equipment like noodles and resistance equipment for added challenge. Ideal for adults of all fitness levels, especially those looking for a joint-friendly way to build endurance, tone muscles, and improve balance.
No swimming skills required. All levels welcome! Bring your water bottle.
