Hi! I’m Chelsey of The Northern Nest, LLC. I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant specializing in fertility and pregnancy, a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher, and a DONA Trained Birth Doula. I combine all of these areas of expertise to support women and families from preconception, through pregnancy, labor, and birth, and into the early postpartum time. My belief is that nutrition support, movement support, and compassionate hands-on support work together toward positive birth outcomes and health outcomes for the birthing woman.
