Apostolic Christian Home invites community members to attend Caring for Our Community, a free support group designed to offer information, comfort, and connection around key aging-related issues.
The event will take place on Thursday, August 21st, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 511 Paramount Street, Sabetha.
This supportive gathering is open to anyone with questions or concerns about Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Respite and Adult Care, Fall Prevention, or Loneliness.
Attendees will hear from professionals and connect with others facing similar challenges.
“We know the aging journey brings many questions and emotions,” said Alanna Engelken, LBSW. “We want families to know they’re not alone—resources, answers, and compassionate guidance are available.”
Whether you're a caregiver, family member, or simply seeking information, the event promises a warm and welcoming environment. No RSVP is required.
