We invite you to gather in circle on this special day of balance — the Autumn Equinox, when day and night stand equal. Together we will connect with rhythm, voice, and presence through the power of the great 108 cm drum.
No experience is needed. This is not about performance but about surrendering to rhythm and allowing yourself to be guided by the collective beat. Whether you feel you “can’t drum” or believe you have no rhythm, you will be held by the common pulse of the circle. The drum unites us, draws us deeper, and awakens energy and expression in body and voice.

As the rhythms unfold, you are free to join with your voice, move your body, or simply listen and feel. It is an invitation to play, to release, and to discover the joy of drumming together.
Afterwards, we will rest and journey into a Sound bath — letting vibration and resonance integrate the energy we’ve stirred, bringing restoration and stillness.
Bring yourself as you are, with openness and curiosity. Let’s drum, move, sound, and relax into this moment of equal light and dark — a threshold into the new season.
