Yoga at Smallhythe

Join instructor Margot Dixon for an hour of gentle yoga on the old croquet lawn at Smallhythe Place, every Thursday in August.

Participants will need a mat (or blanket), loose comfortable clothing and a willingness to relax, release, and feel the joy of stretching and moving within your own comfortable limitations, in lovely surroundings.

There's no need to book in advance. Suggested donation of £5 per session. Cash only
