Help Randy with his ongoing battle with MADSAM!

Randy Helmrich is a lifelong member of the Ryan and North Linn Communities. Many know him as the proprietor of Eastern Iowa Welding Service. In December 2024, Randy began noticing decreasing functionality in his hands and arms. After countless doctors visits both locally and at Mayo Clinic with no real answers, he was finally diagnosed with Multifocal Acquired Demyelinating Sensory and Motor Neuropathy or MADSAM. This disorder presents similar to ALS. His mobility continues to deteriorate rapidly and he is now confined to a wheelchair. He has started home Healthcare and the medical bills are on the rise.

All money raised will help the family with medical bills and travel expenses associated with his continued care.
