Get ready for a mindful and relaxing experience! There will be MANDALA DOT ART MAKING and SWEET TREATS WITH TEA! The repetition of patterns and choice of colors provides a pathway to process emotions, boost self-esteem, gives a sense of accomplishment, as well as allows exploration and self-expression. Plus it’s so much FUN!
