Join me at The Vault Cafe (2 S Columbus St Suite 101, Russellville, OH 45168) for a 1 hour Pop Pilates dance on the mat! Plan to hang out afterwards and purchase some delicious and good for you items at the cafe!

Cost is free, but donations are very much appreciated!
