Wekend MyoYin Class

MyoYin is a blend of myofascial release techniques using therapy balls, straps and blocks with the slow, meditative stretches of Yin Yoga. This combination targets the connective tissue and fascia, helping to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall flexibility. It is a a perfect practice for nurturing both our physical and mental health and well being.

This practice is suitable for all levels and bodies except those who are pregnant. If you have any current injuries please contact me before booking.

The workshop is 2 hours long and investment is $40. Bookings are essential and can be made online in the link below for tickets. Payment plan available please get in touch.
