On Sunday, May 18, 2025, Rush City High School's Music Department will host a sensational
fundraising concert that promises to be an afternoon filled with outstanding performances and
community spirit. We are thrilled to invite you to join us for this special event, which aims to raise
funds for an extraordinary cause: the RCHS Band and Choir Trip to Nashville in 2026.
The concert will showcase the incredible talent of our students and local musicians, including
performances by the RCHS Jazz Band, the dynamic sounds of Mr. Dan Kuchenbecker and his band,
"The Best of the Worst," the soothing melodies of "Relax with Max," the entertaining and beautiful
voice of Jenny Thyng, and the captivating tunes of Sonny Winberg. The concert will be open to the
public and asks for a FREE WILL DONATION for participants.
Our students have been working tirelessly to perfect their craft, and this trip to Nashville presents
them with a unique opportunity to expand their musical horizons, gain invaluable experience, and
create lasting memories. By attending the concert or making a contribution, you can play a vital role in
supporting their dreams and aspirations.
