Shinrin-Yoku, ofwel bosbaden, is een Japanse methode om de natuur dieper te ervaren. Het draait om vertragen en je zintuigen openen: de geur van bladeren, het gezang van vogels, de textuur van boomschors. We combineren dit met een kort meditatiemoment.

Deelnemen is gratis, inschrijven verplicht via www.willebroek.be/zomer. Wees er snel bij, want de plaatsen zijn beperkt.
