Full Moon Yoga Pop Up Class

This class is based on the moon salutation (Chandra Namaskar), known as the "soothing sister sequence" to the sun salutation. The class will focus on the qualities of lunar energy: cooling, nurturing, inwardly focused. We will pay special attention to the quality of each movement, slowing down our breath, and calming our nervous system. It is a great practice to prepare for rest. Class will end with a Moon Meditation.

This class is lightly heated to a comfortable 75 degrees.
