Lesbian Summer at the Lake – Come As You Are

Hi everyone, I'm Rachelle – part of the team at L Community, which runs women-only spaces for lesbian and bisexual women across London. Just wanted to flag two upcoming meet-ups if anyone’s looking for something low-pressure to do over the next few weeks.

The 30th August we’re doing a relaxed afternoon at Ruislip Lido – as close as you’ll get to a beach within Greater London. It’s got a proper sandy shoreline, a large lake, and woodlands. It has that quiet, outdoorsy feel – no crowds like Southbank or Hyde Park.

Just bring something to sit on. You’ll meet other women – some coming for the first time, others who’ve been before. Full details and RSVP here:

Our host can’t make it but this isn’t a cancellation, just a shift.
