Trail Therapy: Beat the Chase

For this dose of #trailtherapy we'll be heading over to the fabulous Cannock Chase, an area that feels a lot more remote that it's location would have you believe. An opportunity to explore its forests and heathland, check out some interesting sights and (hopefully) spot some of its abundant wildlife,

Distances: There is the option to join a jog of around 6.5-miles, or a walk of about 4.5-miles.

Our #trailtherapy runs and walks are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 10:15 ready for a prompt 10:30 start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
