Ready to 'Supercharge your Sustainability' mission? Join us at the beautiful Upper Moreton Rural Activities CIC for a day of conversation, inspiration and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge of sustainability for your organisation.
Are you in or lead a community group Stafford Borough and would like to attend a !Free Event! then read on and follow the link below.
Through a walk to collect materials from the hedgerow for willow weaving, a tour and talk of the site’s solar powered classroom and a history of the farm’s sustainability working practices, we’ll weave through our three learning themes of energy efficiency, behaviour change, and funding.
We’ll even provide lunch and refreshments for free, cooked and prepared at the farm with seasonal produce. There will be a free minibus pick up available from the Wolseley Garden Centre, you can book a space when you register your place.
The classroom, toilets and kitchen are accessible. The hedgerow walk will be on rougher ground, but an alternative activity is available (helping to prepare the lunch).
