Invitation to attend our annual Christmas Fair 2025
11.00am – 3.00pm.
We are now ready to receive bookings for our 2025 event to stallholders.
We have over 40 stallholder spaces inside the venue.
We are asking just £10.00 per table. This money will be reinvested into other Charity events and a festive food hamper to the value of £100 to win on the day.
Our seasonal café will be open on site for refreshments throughout the day.
So as a previous participant at our community events we would now like to invite you personally to join us. Full details are attached. It’s a first come first sold system.
The last Christmas Fair, stalls were sold out in 7 days!
So please get your forms completed with payment made asap.

Should you wish to donate raffle prizes, or food items for the Charity Hamper, sponsor the Name the Bear/Toy competition, bake a cake or be a part of the volunteer group that help organise our community Village Hall Charity events then please let us know, we welcome all additional support. Community events take a lot of planning, and we want to secure these events for future years. We’d love you to join the team.
Please find attached a stallholder booking form should you wish to book for this years’ new event, or even just donate a small raffle prize as you may have in the past.
