Learn to make your own sourdough loaves - the ultimate homemade loaf! With all the techniques & knowledge covered you will be a self-sufficient sourdough maker by the end of the session.

The excellent facilities at Houlton School mean you have your own workstation to shape your own loaf. Full Q& A too. All ingredients & lots of help provided. Dairy Free or Vegan can be catered for. Disabled access and facilities available. Suitable for all ages & abilities, Under 12's require adult supervision.

Please bring an apron and any questions you may have!
