🔥 About Ariel Rios
Ariel Rios is one of the UK’s most inspiring Afro‑Cuban salsa teachers, choreographers, performers, and show artists, with over 20 years of dance and teaching experience. Originally from Cuba, he has performed and choreographed in some of Havana’s top theatres and toured across the UK with the renowned Nitro Theatre Company.
Ariel is celebrated for his ability to inspire, educate, and energise dancers of all levels, blending technical excellence with deep knowledge of Afro‑Cuban culture. His workshops are known for their authenticity, passion, and the powerful connection he creates with his students.
💃 What He’ll Be Teaching
• Ladies Workshop:
Yemayá & Oshún — explore the divine feminine energy, flowing movements, and Afro‑Cuban roots of these iconic Orishas.
Can men join the workshop?
Yes — men are welcome to join, but priority will be given to ladies as this workshop is designed with feminine movement, styling, and Orisha expression at its core.
If spaces remain after the ladies’ priority window, men can book in.
• Party Class / Social:
Son Cubano — elegant, musical, and full of Cuban flavour, perfect for elevating your social dancing for the night.
