Drum circle and shamanic journey

This is a powerful and grounding session where we will connect to rhythm, nature, and inner wisdom through the beat of the drum. The powerful vibrations of the drum eases anxiety and pain and also releases negative emotions and blockages.

Together we will create space to explore Shamanic journeying, a gentle yet transformative practice where you are guided through sound into a meditative, dream like state to connect with your spirit guides or animals. The steady rhythm of the drum helps you drop out of your thinking mind and into a place of insight, connection, and healing.

You will be held in a safe and supportive space, with time to set intentions, reflect, and share (if you’d like to). No experience is needed just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Bring a mat, cushion, blanket, or anything you need to make yourself comfortable.

If you own your own drum please bring that along, we will have 5 spare drums available, or just come and soak in the powerful healing vibrations.
