The Magic of Frank Cobb

Join us for our final Family Summer Program!

Frank Cobb, whose stage name was "Kobb the Magician," was a clever guy. He began performing magic at the age of 16 and became well-known throughout the area.

In about 1910 he became a bookkeeper at the Royersford Trust Company, (current site of Borough Hall). It was there that he performed "magic" of another kind, causing almost $300,000 to "disappear."

Come out and hear the story of Frank Cobb, and learn some magic tricks of your own from Dave Willauer and his grandson, Luke Whitty!

Participants will receive several classic magic tricks and will also have the opportunity to "make and take" several additional tricks home with them.
