ATELIER HERBES DE LA SAINT-JEAN

Atelier adultes et enfants, animé par Stéphanie Roumegous (Les Temps d’Aénor – https://aenorius.wixsite.com/aenor)

Selon la tradition, c’est autour de la Saint-Jean d’été, période magique du solstice, que l’on doit cueillir les herbes guérisseuses. Thym, romarin, mélisse et tant d’autres garderont ainsi leurs pouvoirs toute l’année. Venez apprendre à les utiliser pour profiter de leurs bienfaits !
