Rusthall Bereavement support group

The Friends Together bereavement group in Rusthall is one of my favourite parts of every month.

It is such a privilege to hold space and bear witness to the courage, kindness and authenticity of the people who show up at the group each month.

Everyone experiences and expresses grief in different ways - and there’s no ‘timeline’ or ‘right’ way to navigate loss.

The group is free, friendly and there’s always tea and snacks! Please do come along if you’d like a space to talk, listen and experience the mutual support of others who ‘get it’.

Last Friday of every month 12-1.30 pm at the URC church in Rusthall.

‘Friends Together’ is a charity started by the lovely Jo & Chris Parker of Abbey funerals. There are groups meeting throughout the month at different locations. Check out the website for details of your nearest group if Rusthall isn’t convenient!
