Mindful Parenting Group

Join Gayle Garcia, LPC, counselor and parenting specialist in this 8-week group for parents with children under the age of five. Gain support, connect with others, and learn valuable techniques for co-regulation, mental health, and attachment. Through reducing shame, developing compassion, and building confidence parents can better support their own wellness and create secure attachments with their children. Group is on Sundays from 9AM-10:30AM.
