EmpowHER Luncheon

Meet our July speaker, Paula Nelms of Nelms Nutrition. Paula will discuss "The Oxygen Mask Principle: Why Women Must Breathe First" - the science behind the effects of stress on the body and tools to manage.

Paula Nelms, MS, CNS, owns Nelms Nutrition in Rowlett. She is a board-certified nutritionist and functional medicine practioner dedicated to helping people improve or maintain their health.

In addition to her expertise on how diet and lifestyle affect the body, she is especially knowledgeable about how chronic stress can influence our physical health.

During this EmpowHER luncheon, she will lead a discussion on how women can lower stress, achieve better work-life balance, and prioritize their health so they can be more present and engaged for themselves and their families.
