Join us August 9th at Third Eye Mind for special Full Moon Stretch and Sound Session under the glow of the Sturgeon Full Moon! Named for a time when sturgeon were abundant in North American waters, this moon symbolizes strength and perseverance, making it the perfect backdrop for our evening of reflection and rejuvenation.

During the session, you’ll flow through a series of yoga poses designed to stretch and strengthen your body, followed by a meditative experience that will center your mind. To further elevate your spirit, we’ll wrap up the night with soothing sound therapy, delivering calming vibrations that harmonize both body and soul.
