Learn to Dive in the clear natural waters of Northern Lapland!
Welcome to the world of diving with the PADI Scuba Diving Entry Course! This course is designed for anyone interested in the underwater world who wants to learn the basics of diving and earn the internationally recognized PADI Open Water Diver certification.
The course is conducted in a small group with a maximum of 4 participants. This ensures individual attention for each participant and a safe learning environment.
In this course, you will learn:
The basics of dive theory
Safe diving practices
Diving skills in the pool and open water
Equipment handling and maintenance
Course content:
Thursday: Theory lessons and review of materials, followed by pool practice (basic skills and safety)
Friday: Pool and/or open water practice
Saturday and Sunday: Open water dives where you apply skills in a real-world environment

All necessary diving equipment (e.g., wetsuit, regulator, weight belt, tank, and mask)
Course materials and textbooks
PADI Open Water Diver certification fee
Prerequisite knowledge and skills:
Participants must be at least 10 years old (Junior Open Water Diver) or 15 years old (Open Water Diver).
General good health (a diving medical questionnaire must be completed before the course starts).
Swimming ability: the ability to swim at least 200 meters and float for 10 minutes.
