Join us for an empowering two-day event with Tiffany Owen, renowned speaker, author, and founder of TO Fitness.

• June 20, 2025 – Luncheon & Workshop:

Tiffany Owen will be presenting on “Rise to Become the Woman You Were Created to Be.” This empowering session will inspire women of all ages to tap into their true potential and step into their divine calling. Enjoy a meal, connect with other like-minded women, and leave feeling uplifted, inspired, and ready to take action in your life.

• June 21, 2025 – 5k Run/Walk Event:

Join us the next day for a 5k event that supports Texas Suicide Prevention. Walk, run, or cheer from the sidelines — every step counts toward a greater cause. This event is for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to take part in the movement for change.
