Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over this lease at Forum Denton. My client signed the lease to attend UNT, but his plans have changed and he won’t be attending.

It’s a 4x4 apartment—you’ll have your own private bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Rent is $850/month (utilities not included). I’m also willing to cover your first month’s rent (August)!
