Liasa is a registered yoga teacher and sound practitioner with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She has a passion for mind-body connection and holistic healing and offers grounded, intentional practices that blend movement, breath, and sound. Currently, she teaches at Soul Strong Yoga in downtown Round Rock, where she holds space for students to explore presence, balance, and self-awareness.
