This Mother’s Day, we’re inviting all moms in the community to step on the mats and create powerful memories with their kids! 🥋💖

Join us for a free “Mommy & Me” training session designed to be fun, beginner-friendly, and full of laughter. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or brand new to jiu jitsu, this is your chance to bond with your child through movement, teamwork, and lots of hugs!

✅ Open to all moms and their children – no experience needed
✅ Wear comfortable clothes
✅ Bring water and your best mom-energy!
