We are offering free 45 minute Mat/Bootie Barre and Reformer sessions.
There will be instructor demonstrations of Trapeze table, Combo Chair, Small Barrell, Reformer and Mat repertoire.

Owner operators, Barry and Sandy Bird hold diplomas in Professional Pilates Instruction and have both been teaching full Studio Pilates for 25 years.
