Whether you’re looking for gentle exercise, social connection, or the thrill of performing a dance routine to a classic pop hit, this is your chance to dive in—no dance experience required!

Led by Leisa Stock and Anja Ali-Haapala, this fun-filled morning is designed for over 50s but welcomes anyone eager to get sassy on the dance floor.
