Understanding Auras – A Journey into Energy Fields

All living beings have an aura or energy field that surrounds our physical bodies. Auras are made up of an array of colors that can help us gain deep insight into what is going on in our mind, body and spirit. In this class we will practice seeing auras and discuss what the different colors mean.
