Join us for the annual Roswell Remembers Memorial Day Ceremony, where we unite to honor the courageous individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.
Hosted by the Roswell Rotary Club and the City of Roswell, this event brings together thousands to pay tribute to our fallen heroes.
Experience a moving program featuring displays and music provided by the Roswell New Horizons Band, a military ceremony, the presentation of colors, Honor Guard, the singing of the national anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance, a POW/MIA tribute, and the solemn laying of the wreath.
We are honored to welcome guest speaker of ceremony, United States Army Colonel (Retired) Carl Hamilton (Skip) Bell, from Marietta, GA. He was inducted into the Georgia Military Veterans’ Hall of Fame in 2023 for his numerous acts of bravery during two tours in the Vietnam War. As a recipient of five Bronze Stars, two for Valor and fifteen Air Medals (one for Valor), Skip Bell’s extraordinary leadership and selfless acts of heroism are a testament to the uniform and this great nation he has served for 31 years.
Following the program, a BBQ lunch featuring chicken and pork will be served on the premises. Tickets can be purchased on-site the day of the ceremony.
