In this session, we will explore:
• Techniques to tune into your intuition and recognize psychic impressions
• Gentle exercises in mediumship and energetic awareness
• Practices to receive messages from your guides, angels, or ancestors
• Group activities to build confidence and clarity in your psychic abilities
• Oracle card draws for individual and collective guidance, helping you anchor insight from Spirit
Through discussion, exercises, and experiential practice, you’ll learn to discern intuitive messages, strengthen your energetic boundaries, and trust the wisdom that comes through you.
This is a safe, supportive, and transformative space for exploration, reflection, and self-discovery.
What to bring:
A notebook or journal is encouraged for reflection and message recording. You’re also welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to help you feel comfortable, though chairs, mats, and blankets will be available.
