Through guided instruction, meditation, and intuitive exploration, you’ll discover how to:
- Identify and understand the seven major chakras and their energetic purpose
- Clear blockages using affirmations, crystals, sound, color, and breath
- Work with energy healing techniques to balance your own chakras and assist others
- Use nutrition and lifestyle support to maintain energetic alignment
- Sense and interpret subtle energy patterns with confidence and trust your intuition
The class concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra’s frequency, allowing you to integrate the energy work and leave feeling centered, peaceful, and renewed.
You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing your knowledge and skills in chakra healing, along with a helpful handout for continued practice at home.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during the sound bath.
