Meditation on Twin Hearts

The Heart and Crown chakras are responsible for supporting your emotional balance and spiritual connection. And while there are many ways of activating these energy centers like Hatha Yoga, Yogic Breathing techniques, chanting mantras, and visualization techniques, the fastest method to affect these two chakras is Twin Hearts meditation. In this event, you will be guided on how to perform the twin hearts meditation and make your chakras work together to illuminate your spirit.

During the event, we will start by performing physical exercises to open and clear our energy centers. Then we will do the guided 21-minute meditation. We will end with 5 minutes of exercise to assimilate that Divine energy.
