Give Back Sunday for Amy Gates-Stroud’s Kidney Walk
This Sunday, October 5th, join us at Deep Roots Roswell for a special Give Back event supporting a cause close to our hearts: the National Kidney Foundation’s Kidney Walk in honor of our friend, Amy Gates-Stroud, a selfless living kidney donor.
Amy’s journey is an inspiration to us all. In June 2023, Amy donated a kidney to a complete stranger, giving the gift of life. Amy recently joined forces with another living donor, Tom Kemp, and together with her husband, Steve Stroud, they will participate in the Atlanta Kidney Walk on October 11th.
Join us this Sunday to help Amy and her team reach their fundraising goal and contribute to the National Kidney Foundation's mission to fight kidney disease, which tragically claims the lives of nearly 5,000 people each year who are waiting for a transplant.
How to Support the Cause:
Sip & Support: Deep Roots will donate a percentage of all sales from the entire day (Sunday, 10/5) directly to Amy's Kidney Walk team. All glasses & bottles of wine, gifts & accessories or snacks purchased makes a difference!
Wine Pull: Test your luck! For a $25 donation, you can pull a bottle of wine (guaranteed to be valued higher than $25) to take home.
Raffles: We'll have exciting raffle prizes throughout the day. Purchase a ticket for a chance to win and support the cause.
