Music lovers, creatives, and wellness seekers unite! Join music therapist, Sarah Woolson, for a Community Jam Circle gathering designed to foster creativity and connection, along with exploration of how music impacts our mental health and wellbeing.

Bring your own instrument (your voice counts!) and come ready to share in music making with fellow musical souls.

Our gathering will include time to make music as a group, share music on your own (if you’d like), and to process what music means to you and how you can use it more intentionally in your life.
