Imagine letting go of your stress as you breathe. Join us for Bringing in the New Year with Circular Breathwork!
Whether you are looking for heightened spiritual awareness, better health, mental clarity, or emotional release, breathwork can be a life affirming practice. Through conscious, connected breathing, you will be able to release old emotions, stress, limiting beliefs, and set new intentions for the year through breathwork. You may also experience better sleep, improved attention, and an increase in self-esteem.
Whether you are new to Breathwork or a seasoned veteran, all are welcome.
Breathwork is safe but powerful. If you are under doctor or therapist care, please make sure they approve of you having a breathwork experience before you come. Participants must not be experiencing illness during the time of the event.
To ensure your comfort, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel at ease. However, we do offer chairs, blankets, and yoga mats available for your convenience.
By simply breathing, you can move into a better future.
